Westminster City Council has granted planning permission to Grosvenor Britain & Ireland to create a new hub for entrepreneurs, designers and small businesses at Eccleston Place, near Victoria station.

We believe that by improving and refurbishing existing and under-used buildings, there is an opportunity to create something special at 25 Eccleston Place and Radstock House, combining Belgravia’s village feel with something surprising, hidden and unique.

We will open up currently inaccessible spaces and introduce a mix of uses that builds on the strength of the surrounding areas. We believe that this will help link Elizabeth Street and Belgravia with Victoria - improving connectivity and footfall to the surrounding streets, create opportunities for small businesses and innovative enterprises, improve the local amenities for residents and workers, and create an active and attractive privately managed public space.
